One thing I did find concerning was being contacted just an hour before my 12:45 appointment and asked to move it. I was then offered 1pm instead, which was fine, but the short-notice change did make me question the professionalism. I’m sure this isn’t the norm, but as my first experience, it unfortunately didn’t leave the best first impression.”
